I ordered 12 packs of white cardstock. 7 pacjs if basic acrylic paint sets were delivered instead. i now have to go to the store to deal with this issue and get my products.  I purposely ordered home delivery to avoid going to thestore.

Here we go again, with letter-sized sheets being larger and causing havoc for my small business. I cannot do "print and cut" when this happens. And I'm forced to return boxes and boxes of paper, and cross my fingers hoping the replacement will be sent from the "right" batch. These packs of paper are definitely super old stock. Beat up dusty boxes, same shade and issues like batches I had to send back last year. Please please please fix this issue of inconsistent dimensions.

The quality is inconsistent. I bought this paper multiple times and not always able to print on it. The paper got jammed in my inject printer or the printer could not feed the paper correctly. The paper is not bending enough for the printer to feed the paper correctly. Something about this paper being too "slippery" for the printer not able to grab on it. If that make sense. 
Other times no problem at all. Being inconsistent, I will have to buy kraft brown paper somewhere else for my project. Too bad I cannot rely on these papers.  :-(

It's frustrating to see the kraft color has changed. I advertised my product with the previous version of this paper but now they changed. It ruins the business. You shouldn't rely on 3rd parties!!!

It's been a while since the paper color has changed. Now it's a dull brown that looks nothing like the warm brown kraft I advertise. It's so frustrating to count on this paper and a simple change causes huge problems. The feel is also different. Not as crisp. So pissed off. I'll return and hope the next batch is what I'm used to. Ugh.

I use this paper for "Print and Cut" items. It's often a nightmare. You just never know what kind of inaccuracy each shipment will have. The paper is absolutely never exactly 8.5 x 11". Either longer or shorter on one side, or the two 11" sides are different lengths, so the page isn't even a perfect rectangle. I lose hours restarting cuts trying to compensate for the inaccuracy of each pack of paper. I appreciate the bulk discount, but I wish the paper would be cut accurately. Or maybe the rejects are sold at discounted prices? Either way, this paper is very very frustrating for Print & Cut with registration marks not aligning correctly.
