The bins come stacked. I ordered online and when it arrived, the bottom one had a corner smashed out of it. There were no broken pieces in the packing box, so it was already broken when it was packed.

I ordered these containers to store 11x15 items. Advertised as measuring 12 x 16.3 this seemed to be perfectly sized. But, alas, the  bottom of the container actually measures only 9 3/4 x 12 1/4. Yes the outside of the cover including the latches measures close to the advertised size, but it is certainly very misleading. I was led to believe the container would actually contain a 11 x 15 item, but it doesn't.

Tubs are great, no issues, just be aware of the lids. I did think from the photos that the centers of the lids were clear, and I did buy them *because* of that, but I was able to make due.
