This 9 in. Morning Glory artificial bundle (set of 3) was the worse thing I had ever looked at or had ever ordered from Michaels.  It looked nothing like the picture at all !!!  It was much smaller.  Some of the pieces fell out in my hand when I picked up the bundle.  I was so looking forward to working with this item, especially the purple morning glory.  I was so, so, disappointed in what I had received in this Morning Glory Bush.  I took it to our local Michaels store and turned it in for a refund.  For Shame Michaels, you all could have done better than that !!!!!

I am a longtime customer of Michael’s store and have always been happy with my purchases there. My husband and I have bought memorial flowers for our parents’ gravesites the past several years, and they were always lovely. I also bought a pretty spring wreath for my mother’s door. I’ve only had good things to say about Michael’s before.
However, I am very disappointed by this online purchase! It was not as it was described to be. Several Morning Glory blooms arrived split and could not be reattached. They appeared to be made out of thin paper. The greenery and taller stalks of flowers were rubbery and plastic. I salvaged what I could, but the end result looked sparse and cheap. I’d hope to make a small arrangement to brighten my mother’s room, but I will not be able to use this. It was certainly not worth the price you charged. Based on this experience,  I will not purchase anything else online from Michael’s again.
