Great product. Only worked for three months. However, cricut did replace it with a new or refurbished one. Not made clear? They do have good customer service although a little bit frustrating to continue to send picture after picture to prove that it was broken we will see how long this next one lasts!

I love this iron. It covers a large area and is easy to program. Because I am elderly it is pretty heavy to pick up with one hand, so I usually use both hands. I would definitely recommend it!
