Not gonna lie, at first me & this thing had major beef. I watched all the videos provided & they weren’t too helpful. But after I started playing around with it & watching TikTok’s (these were so much more helpful) I finally started to get the hang of it. It’s such a great tool to have for literally anything. Weddings, birthdays, personalized gifts, & the list goes on. If you’re on the fence like I was to buy it, this is your sign to just buy it!

It’s nice! I’ve always wanted one and finally bought it while on sale. The set up has been getting on my nerves so I’ve abandoned it for now. Overall though, it is nice.

Amazing device , I think it’s addicting

Tried for multiple hours to set up device.  Searched online and found dozens of people have the same issue setting up the Explore Air 2 .  The model isn't even available as an option on the set up page.  This must be why it's listed on sale.  I would not recommend purchasing as there seems to be no working support to fix the problem and my husband and I tried all of them.  Noy sure why Michaels is even selling this product.

I’ve been looking forward to buying a cricut machine for years and decided to give in and get one to make projects for my upcoming wedding. I got it out of the box and went to set it up and it’s been horrible so far. The software doesn’t work on my computer, it always gets stuck in the “preparing to print” screen. I downloaded design space on my phone and it finally printed but they didn’t include instructions on how to do the practice project so the cardstock they included was laid down vertically instead of horizontally and it ended up cutting the mat instead of the cardstock. It shouldn’t take an hour and countless google searches to set up a $250 vinyl cutting machine. There are thousands of videos trying to troubleshoot issues on brand new machines all over TikTok. SO disappointed in this and will be returning so I can purchase a Silhouette Cameo instead.

I bought the machine back January and I’m just now trying to use the machine and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried using different outlets inside my home but it just don’t turn. I don’t believe it’s because I didn’t use it when I first bought it, but maybe that could have been the case. But $200 down the drain.
