Butch the Bull Dog is adorable, as well as just as effective as the standard plastic gutters we use.  I have several other characters from your Gutter Guardians lineup, and they are all perfect!!  For those who wonder, like all of Design Tuscano's products, the Gutter Guardians are very well made/solid and will last a long time.

I bought this about a year ago. One thing I did first was I measured the bottom of my rain spout because different statues had different measurement on the site and mine fit perfectly. One thing though I kept putting it completely on the spout so as it was not touching the ground, but this winter with the snow and ice it kept sliding down so eventually I realized that's how it's supposed to be. It's like his chin is sitting on the ground while the rear of the statue is fitting on the drain pipe. Now it looks natural. I was about to glue it to the pipe so it would be up off the ground but I like it better this way. So I'm back to buy another one. Gotta go measure the bottom of the spout first. I never left review for the first one. But all in all I'm very pleased with the purchase. Excellent quality and very sturdy. I've not seen anyone with a statue this unique for their rain spout. So remember measure the bottom of your spout first. I've read so many reviews where customers say they didn't fit. So measure then choose your statue. It's a really important part of the purchase process and no money will be wasted. I really enjoy mine.

Love my Bulldog guardian downspout statue so much, I ordered another! I wanted something to hide the ugly downspouts coming into my gardens. Butch the Bulldog works perfect! Certainly a bonus to my garden. The opening of his mouth is also large enough where I've had no issues with leaves or other debris getting stuck or clocking. Highly recommend. He makes me smile every time I see him.

I really like this BUT, it does not fit my downspout. I believe it was made for a 4" downspout and not the larger one.

I wanted a little touch of "whimsy" on the outside of my house and this rain spout did the trick. I live in a development that does not allow dogs so this little bulldog is my rejection of that rule and it looks great to.
It is exactly as advertised. It is surprisingly heavy and size and color all look like photo.
No maintenance required. I have no complaints and lots of phrase.
