This statue represents the best of the artist Manchester.  It is magnificent in concept.  The pedestal gives the figure prominence and gravitas.  The expression on the gargoyle's face conveys pride, defiance, and rage at the burden of confinement.  The color contrasts are especially eye-catching.

The detail on this is very nice. Since I'm putting it outside I sprayed it with an acrylic over coat to protect it. I think it's going to look fantastic in the yard by the flowers.

Another superb gargoyle sculpture from Design Toscano. I have noticed that Liam Manchester is the sculptor of many of the ones that I consider to be the most outstanding, as he brings so much personality to his stone sentinels. Per the course, an extravagant base is brilliantly attached to the brute.

so for this product I was really impressed by the size and detail that the gargoyle had. The two different colors really brought out the realism of the gargoyle being chained to the pedestal. I am also impressed by the detail in the face The face is so realistic right down to the fangs. This artist has really captured the fine detail of a realistic gargoyle I look forward to purchasing more statues from this particular artist

Added this to my collection about 2 years ago. Wish they offered one a little bigger, so I could put it outside. Both this piece, like all the others from DT, is excellent quality.

This gargoyle fits our home and lifestyle perfectly. He sits on top of our kitchen cupboards and watches over the living room. The difference in color between the gargoyle and the pillar make him really come alive. Very high quality and good craftsmanship. A must have for gargoyle collectors.
