I decided to get these pencils to inspire me to spend more time sketching, and so far they have worked! I'm very happy that they came with a sharpener and eraser, both of which work well. The pencils themselves feel very comfortable in the hand; I had my concerns about the shape and texture of them, but they are easy to keep a hold on despite my weaker grip and I find the surface "grip" pattern very nice. Overall they seem to perform well and draw nicely, not seeming too "dry" like some pencils do and not being overly dusty or crumbly.
