The cutting board has "self-healing" attributes; it is supposed to "absorb" the cuts. I work mostly with leather. The board is better at healing when cutting fabric than when cutting leather. It is also better at healing when I use a rotary cutter than a straight cutter. Overall, the product is very good and I will continue to buy them as they wear out.

this is a nice medium sized cutting mat that meets my expectations.  I like its soft texture that helps hold fabric in place.

I did not receive any product, which I paid for, and did not receive any information from the Alamo Quarry Location that my order was never going to arrive even though I was charged for same day delivery. 8 hours after I received a confirmation that my items were in stock and picked, I called the customer service  number and was assured that the items were in a delivery order that Door dash was assigned to. I even was assured that a plan b was already made for the delivery to be guaranteed to be delivered same day. 
I then received a text from door dash saying that they were delivering the items at 7:55pm. As I opend the text  it is not delivering and the order has cancelled. 

The Alamo quarry location and  customer service has no professional courtesy whatsoever to inform the customer that they are not taking responsibility in honoring their own business obligations. 

Alamo quarry location is dishonest and will do nothing for you to get your items out to you same day.
