I love 💕 all of Fiskars products. So, I thought giving this as a gift to a new crafter, would let them see how good Fiskers is. And it’s a good starter set. They loved the gift and can’t wait to get using it.

I am excited about making my own gift boxes and envelopes.  The "bows" are a disappointment.

In theory this would be really cool. But the measuring mechanisms are consistent. Sliding one arm should produce the same paper measurement it coordinates too, it doesn't, the angle score line for box corners isnt grooved all the way to intercept the side score lines- you have to manually score more or fold absolutely perfectly so the corners aren't wonky. The box it's self is very cumbersome and requires more paper than necessary, 
The envelope flaps are way too large and all the same size, the bottom flap protrudes beyond the side flips- so you have to do more work to make it look better. The measurement guides move around too easily when your rotating your paper which causes the project to become out of square. 
The punch features are great and the paper bows are cute enough. If you're not making several envelopes and boxes this multi tool is pretty okay. I would recommend a die cutting machine and design software if you intend to make alternative sized envelopes and boxes. Also the scoring stylus is too aggressive and will cause printed or patterned paper to crack. Set should have a plastic boning tool.

Great tool for making your own envelopes, and small gift boxes! I haven't tried making a bow yet but, I'm sure it will be just as simplistic as the other two.

Recently purchased this board as an alternative for a Cricut machine to make small boxes to store board game components. Though the packaging advertises "Makes Over 100 different boxes" it neglects to state limitations. 

Limitation #1: All boxes it makes must be square in base size, length and width must be equal Between 2" and 4"

Limitation #2: The minimum box height is 2" and the maximum is 4"

Limitation #3: The linked tab closures for the boxes is very weak and will cease to work quickly. 

I would have preferred if these limitations were better identified on the packaging. I have purchased a more flexible scoring tray from Amazon that will much better meet my needs. Fiskars, you can do better.

Well I have the silhouette machine and I’m still trying to figure out how to make boxes not only that it makes bows and envelopes and it was very easy to understand the sizes  it’s a easy  machine to work and learn from I highly recommend this toll  I got other products from Fiskar  I have their paper slicer I have their 3 in 2 Fiska vinyl multi tool if u do any paper crafting I highly recommend these 3 things or any of their products
