How to use:
1. Secure the wire rod on the winding machine using a bolt.
2. Mount the line cap onto the winding machine, rotating counterclockwise and locking it into place.
3. Install the winding machine on the platform (or bench).
4. Combine with the umbrella stand, and manually wind the wool.
