Here's a fun apparel sewing project. Lounge around with these comfortable mother/daughter slim fit pants. Pattern features an elastic waistband and side pockets. Make them in matching fabrics or contrasting fabrics for a fun look. Size: S - L / XS - XL. Fabrics: Broadcloth, chambray, cotton types,  flannel gingham, seersucker. For girls' size, if used as sleepwear, use fabrics and trims that meet the flammability standards set by the U.S. Government. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one way design fabrics.

Notions: Thread. Three 0.62" (1.57 cm) buttons, 1 yd. (0.9 m) of 1.25" (3.1 cm) wide elastic for Girls' sizes, 1.25 yd. (1.1 m) of 1.5" (3.81 cm) wide elastic for Misses' sizes. Look for Simplicity trims.
