Paperboy tassels are machine cut from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color. Because they ship flat, the tassels will be unwrinkled and smooth after you assemble them.
IMPORTANT: This is a DIY Kit
All you need to do is fold the paper to make loops at the top of each tassel. It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the entire garland. A finished garland is 5 feet long x 13 inches tall.
