Michaels carried several hearts  this size & very tiny ones in the store. However this was the  1 to my project that I needed. My only problem was it was bigger than the frame itself as the outside of frame sticks up so that it’s thicker but the inside is smaller than the heart. My husband to the rescue! He's a talented Carpenter, w/many machines & measures the heart, cuts it down to fit it. I’m a painter and design it all, so it would hang over my sink.. The saying came from my Sister, a reporter, before we got married who wrote a Newspaper article on Us, that ended the story with it. It needed something else, I never made a little flower Bouquet. Thought of  Yellow Roses as my bridal bouquet were them.  I wanted to attach that somehow to the empty space beside the heart & frame, husband had crazy glue for wood, was able to glue it. A lasting Valentine with lots of meaning.

Better quality than the dollar stores for the same price! My granddaughter painted them in her favorite pastels and I added the special phrases. We made several "conversation hearts" and hung them on the porch and under the bar, to decorate for Valentine's Day!

I used this heart as the base for a home decor item I had envisioned. Painted the heart white, then applied the word "Blessed" surrounded by a wreath of small plumeria flowers in purple using permanent adhesive vinyl. Mounted the heart using jute twine onto an inverted oval handleless basket (also from Michaels), added floral accents with some beautiful stems of silk flowers in a wild flower "bouquet." The piece sold in my newly launched business website within a day!
