Print and cut out the crown template below. Trace the main section onto the back of your desired paper from paper pad; cut out.
Turn the crown over so the print is facing up and ink around the edges of your crown.
Using your craft punch (or the flower template from above), punch out nine different flowers. Turn them all over and lay them face down in front of you. Lightly brush a very small amount of water on to the back of each one. Let them dry for approximately 20-30 seconds and fold them in tight. Set aside to dry completely.
While your flowers are drying, cut and center a 9" strip of rhinestones across the bottom (straight edge) of your crown, 1/8" up from the bottom.
Once your flowers are dry, ink the edges of each flower as desired. Open each one up to give desired look. Layer three flowers together (for a total of three sets) and stick a brad through the center of each set. Adhere as desired to the front of your crown with glue dots.
Cut two pieces of ribbon, 24" each. Punch a hole on each side (approximately ½" in from the edge) and attach a piece of ribbon on each side of the crown.
Finish off the front of the crown by embellishing as desired with vellum sayings, monogram letters and additional rhinestones.
