Step 1
Paint the first Mason jar with blue. Let dry.
Step 2
Tape off the second jar to create stripes with red and white. Let dry.
Step 3
Paint the third jar white. Let dry.
Step 4
Let the jars dry for several hours and then begin distressing the paint with fine sandpaper.
Step 5
Sand over the letters on the jar so that they show through the paint.
Step 6
Fill the jars with red, white and blue floral.
