Use this sand garden to help clear away the chaos associated with everyday life. The rocks represent mountains and the sand represents water. Let the patterns you create in the sand provide you with serenity.

Material List
- ArtMinds™ Wood Panel
- Wood Doll Heads (4)
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Crackle Medium
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Craft Paint – Marmalade, Surf or (2) Colors of Choice
- Paintbrushes
- Palette Paper (or Paper Plate)
- Sand
- Rocks or Acrylic Gems
- Low Heat Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
Project Instructions
Paint doll heads Marmalade or color of choice. Let dry. Set aside.
Paint base coat of wood Marmalade or color of choice. Let dry.
Follow instructions on Martha Stewart Crafts™ crackle bottle to apply medium. Apply thicker for wide cracks or thinner for more narrow cracks.
Paint Surf over the crackle medium and let dry. Crackle will appear as it dries.
Once the wood panel is completely dry, turn over and glue the doll heads onto the bottom, one in each corner.
Add sand and rocks or gems.
