Shortcut Chic Crushed Candy Cane Cupcake
- Cake Mix (or Favorite Cake Recipe) – Chocolate
- Celebrate It™ Muffin Pan 6-Cup, Jumbo
- Icing – White
- Kitchen Knife
- Wilton® Disposable Decorating Bags, 12 inch
- Wilton® Decorating Tip – 1M
- Candy Canes
Step 1 Crush candy canes and set aside.
Step 2 Bake cupcakes as directed on package (or in recipe). Let cool.
Step 3 Cut the top off of the cupcake.
Step 4 Use tip 1M to pipe filling icing over the bottom half of the cupcake and sprinkle crushed candy canes.
Step 5 Place top over icing.
Step 6 Add a swirl of icing to top and sprinkle crushed candy canes.
