Instructions Print

Step 1
Click the animal name below to print the template. Cut out the patterns.
Step 2
For the larger 12" x 12" floral shadow box, trace the butterfly pattern in the center of the 12" x 12" white cardstock. Cut out using the craft knife. Flip the paper over so that you do not have to worry about stray pencil marks.
Step 3
Cut off the outer grid on the back of the floral mat, using the wire cutter.
Step 4
Remove the back of the shadow box and position the cardstock all the way in against the glass.
Step 5
Insert the floral mat into the shadow box. Glue the outer grid to the back of the shadow box to secure. Most likely the back of the shadow box will  not fit back on. If you are able to fit the back on, then you do not need to glue the mat to the back opening. Set the Butterfly Shadow Box aside.
Step 6
Cut the 12" x 12" white cardstock down to 8" x 10". Trace the bumble bee pattern in the center of the white cardstock. Cut out using the craft knife. Flip the paper over so that you do not have to worry about stray pencil marks.
Step 7
Repeat the above Steps 3-5, using the greenery mat this time. Cut the mat down to fit into the shadow box, using the wire cutters.
Step 8
The back should fit onto the shadow box, so position the mat in the box and replace the back.
