- Button – St. Patrick’s
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Wire Cutters
Project Instructions
Step 1 To dye hat, soak in water. Take out of water and squirt the mixed dye onto hat. Let sit for 4-6 hours. Rinse hat until all dye is removed. Let dry.
Step 2 Remove stem from carnation.
Step 3 Make multi-loop bow with tulle and glue to side of hat.
Step 4 Glue flower and shamrocks to bow.
Step 5 Curl and add piece of garland.
Step 6 Add button to hat.
