Project Instructions
Step 1 Tie ribbon around can hug and attach with glue.
Step 2 Wrap several rounds of garland around can hug and twist wire to adhere.
Step 3 Tie small shoestring bow and glue to center. Add glitter shamrock.
Step 4 Attach button to bow.
