Material List
- Tulip® Fabric Spray Paint™ – Sapphire
- Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ Bond, 4 oz.
- Tulip® Fashion Glitter™ 5-Pack – Neon
- Tulip® Fashion Form™
- T-shirt – Neon Blue
- Rubber Bands
- Plastic Tablecloth
- Masking Tape
- Disposable Plates
Project Instructions
Step 1 Pinch the front of the shirt on the top right and let the shirt drape into folds. Wrap rubber bands in three places.
Step 2 Pinch the shirt again on the bottom left side of shirt and band it in two places.
Step 3 Lay shirt on plastic table cover and spray with fabric paint. Let dry. Turn the shirt over and repeat. Let dry.
Step 4 Remove rubber bands from shirt and place Tulip® Fashion Form™ inside.
Step 5 Use masking tape to outline and form stars.
Step 6 Apply Fashion Glitter™ Bond inside/outside masking tape stars.
Step 7 Sprinkle generously with glitter in desired color. Let dry.
Step 8 Remove tape and shake off excess glitter onto disposable plates and return excess glitter to container.
