Project Instructions
Step 1
Cut hem from T-shirt.
Step 2
Cut an 18" width of T-shirt, then cut in half so you have one long piece.
Step 3
Lay your piece of T-shirt flat on the table.
Step 4
Stencil down the center of fabric as shown with desired design and the metallic paint. Let dry.
Step 5
Lay scarf flat on table again and cut your fringe. Make 2" cuts ¼" wide down both sides of scarf for fringes.
Step 6
Add beads to fringe as desired, threading T-shirt fabric through beads.
