One of our matching frames broke and we went to Michael's to see about replacing the two frames.
Michaels had two that fit the pictures perfectly and they look great.  10 x 14 is an unusual size, thank you Michaels for having what we needed and saving us from having to running around to find them.

Ordered two of them, one arrived broken. The other frame snapped and fell as soon as it was hung on the wall. 

Frame is flimsy, made of particle board, snaps and chips easy. Not at all worth the price.

the glass in the frame was so weak. I was closing the brackets around the frame and it shattered almost instantly. it ruined mt wedding bouquet.

This frame was a great quality but when I opened the package I noticed the hardware to hang was missing nails/screws to attach tge sawtooth hangers to the frame. I wish they came preattached.

The actual inside measurements are 13.25 x 19.25 approximately. The poster I needed to frame is exactly 14 x 20 so part of the wording on the poster would be cut off.

I love this frame but I tried to extend my pickup time, as stated in the customer service help center, and there is no way to do it in the order app? Arrgghh!

I bought this frame because it was the only one available in the 14*14 size I needed. However there is no wiggle room. Your picture must be exactly 14*14, so I had to trim my art to the exact edge. But that's nothing compared to the struggle to get the glue from the info sheet off the glass. I had to use Goo-gone and keep cleaning and cleaning so as to not affect my artwork (delicate pastel portrait). Because it's all glass you have to take care in laying everything down. To be on the safe side I trimmed a piece of glassine paper to add behind my art just in case there was any residue from the Goo-gone. Will not be buying this again if I can help it.
