I like the look and the product has been easy to use so far.  The dimensions accurately depict the product, which was important for us as the items we are displaying needed exactly this depth and width.  My one question is how well the components will hold up and if it will be safe to hang.  It is pretty heavy, especially with the display items inside, and I'm a little concerned that the hooks may not hold up.  I don't have any evidence to say they won't - so no complaint.

This shadow box shows off very nicely. the backing material had some small wrinkles in it but the materials that covered it took care of any unsightly details.

Shadow box was very attractive and reasonably priced. The only issue I had was the exposed sharp nail inside the box which only became visible when the frame was opened. I returned the merchandise to our local Michael’s store without issue.

Well made and sturdy. Finish is a nice high gloss. Be aware, shadow box is deep maybe 2". Worked great for what I needed but might be too deep for some projects

Service should be better

Out of 25 frames - every single one is damaged. Hangers fall out / cracks in frames / chips in paint. Not just little dings - significant damage. Do not recommend.

Backing board is very thin and hard. If you want to attach metals you will need flat mounted or drill though the board to attach standard metals. Would be nice if the backing had a cork type surface. The “Velcro” supplied does not grip well so we purchased real Velcro which worked. The depth is nice if you want to display a few bulky pieces. Overall it works for an in expensive Shadow-Box
