Project Instructions
Step 1 Place waxed paper inside tote to keep paint from seeping through to other side.
Step 2 Use pencil to trace scallop pattern on tote to create five scalloped stripes.
Step 3 Squeeze a generous puddle of White paint onto palette. Mix a few drops of yellow paint into White until you get the desired pastel yellow.
Step 4 Apply pastel yellow paint to the top of the tote to create the first scallop stripe.
Step 5 Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with the remaining colors to complete the scallop stripes. Let dry.
Step 6 Squeeze dimensional paint along each line of scallops. Let dry.
Step 7 Set iron to Cotton, with steam. Hold iron a few inches above the dimensional paint until the paint puffs up. Continue across the entire bag until all dimensional paint is puffed up.
Step 8 Tie ribbon in a bow on the handle to complete.
