Step 1
Note: Use image as guide.

Disassemble the 18" quilt hoop and paint all pieces Dark Blue. Let dry.

Step 2
Disassemble the 14" bamboo hoop and discard the outer ring. Paint the inside ring Dark Orange. Set aside to dry.
Step 3
Use the inside of the quilt hoop as the base of the canopy. Set the outside of the canopy aside (will be needed in Step 10). To make the hanger, tie three strands of tulle to the hoop at even distances between ties. Pull together above hoop and tie in a knot once hoop is balanced. Hang to begin building the canopy.
Step 4
Tie a piece of tulle across the diameter of the 14" bamboo hoop, and two more pieces in a “X” formation to create a centerpoint. Trim ends.
Step 5
Cut three 24" pieces of tulle and tie to the quilt hoop with even distances between them. Tie the 14" bamboo hoop to the other end of the tulle (make sure the lengths of  tulle pieces are even to balance the hoops). The two hoops should now be connected by the tulle.
Step 6
Roll out the bolt of tulle to length needed to hang from the quilt hoop to the floor. Double that length and cut from bolt. Drape over the quilt hoop between two of the tulle pieces from Step 5.
Step 7
Repeat Step 6 for the other side.
Step 8
Arrange tulle on the hoop to cover the quilt hoop evenly around, with an opening in the front.
Step 9
To add color, drape long pieces of 6" wide Fuchsia tulle over the white yardage tulle.
Step 10
Once tulle is in place, carefully take the entire canopy down and place the outside quilt hoop (set aside in Step 3) over the top hoop to secure tulle in place, and tighten. Re-hang.
Step 11
Hang the embellishments (from the Party Pack) from the tulle formation created in the bamboo hoop from Step 4.
Step 12
Trim any areas that might need to be cleaned up.
