Material List

  • Cold-pressed Paper, 140-lb. (300gsm)
  • Paintbrush – No. 20 Sable/Synthetic Blend Round
  • Pigments – Color(s) of Choice
  • Acrylic Sheet (Plexiglas)
  • Brayer

Project Instructions

Step 1 Apply color to a nonabsorbent surface such as Plexiglas or a tabletop.

Step 2 Place the paper on top of the color, then use your hands or a brayer to flatten the paper onto the surface.

Step 3 Lift the paper to see the design.

For a little more control over the color, reduce the slickness of the Plexiglas surface by cleaning it with an abrasive cleanser first. Rinse and dry the surface, then apply color.
