  • Wilton® Pan, 24-Cavity – Mini Whoopie Pie
  • Wilton® Cooling Grid, 10"x16"
  • Wilton® Ready-To-Use Decorator Icing – Chocolate (16 oz. Can)
  • Wilton® Angled Spatula, 9"
  • Wilton® Roll & Cut Mat
  • Wilton® Fondant Roller, 9" (Pink Guide Rings)
  • Wilton® Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant – White (1-1/4 oz. for Each Treat)
  • Wilton® Fondant Trimmer
  • Plastic Ruler
  • Food-Safe Scissors
  • Wilton® Disposable Decorating Bags, 12"

Project Instructions

Step 1 Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool whoopie pies.

Step 2 Use spatula and chocolate decorator icing to ice one whoopie pie. Sandwich together with an un-iced whoopie pie. Set aside.

Step 3 Use 9" fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1-1/4 oz. fondant 1/16" thick.

Step 4 Use fondant trimmer to cut eight to ten strips, 3/8" wide and in varying lengths.

Step 5 Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag, and chocolate icing to attach fondant strips with dots of icing to whoopie pies. Use scissors to trim strips as needed.

Step 6 Use green edible color marker to color candy eyeballs.

Step 7 Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and chocolate decorator icing to attach two large candy eyeballs to each whoopie pie with dots of icing.


For a little variety, use Wilton® icing colors to tint the fondant into an array of colors for the mummy wrappings.
