Project Instructions
Step 1
Decide on the length of the wrist warmer and then cut the foot off of dress sock to that length.
Step 2
Use the top of the sock for the cuff. Cut a small slice into the sock close to the hand for the thumb hole.
Step 3
Sew (by hand) the elastic ruffle to the top of the cuff.
Step 4
Pin a pendant over the elastic ruffle on the cuff, as shown.
