Material List
- Clover "Quick" Yo-Yo Maker, Large
- Darning Needle (or Tapestry Needle)
- Strong Thread
- Scissors
- Assorted Fabric Squares, 4"x4" (40)
Project Instructions
Follow the package instructions with illustrations to make a yo-yo. Make 30 yo-yos for the necklace and nine for the bracelet.
Draw up running stitches and place a small amount of stuffing in the yo-yo before completely closing the gather. Close the opening, tie a knot; then insert the needle and thread through the yo-yo to hide the knot, and cut the thread.
To assemble necklace and bracelet, use a darning or tapestry needle and thread the stretchy cord; tie a knot in one end. String the yo-yo beads and beads following the photograph.
Tie the beginning and end of the cord together. Insert the needle and then cord through three yo-yo beads.
