Very pigmented and smooth
I’ve tried watercolor before and this (being gouache) is like that, but more opaque. Although to be fair I use it way differently, I barely add water sometimes and it comes out boldly colored and smooth like some kinds of digital art. It’s so satisfying and I’ve been using this with a stay-wet palette, and it has stayed wet for about a week now. You can even rewet it too if it dries like watercolor. Also the tubes feel sturdy (haven’t had any leak or explode like the artists loft watercolor tubes I've gotten) and they’re completely filled. I can tell it’s going to last me a while :D

First Time! Not a Fan
So I decided to try out this Gouache Paint set as an entry into painting with Gouache. I’m experimenting with oil, acrylic and watercolor but I found this paint too waxy. It’s got the same feel as Acrylic but it’s waxy on paper and it has a smell. Nothing too unpleasant but I wasn’t expecting the smell of sharp rubber. It’s got good coloring and tone and my brushes can more or less wash off the paint with water although I’m using A bit of gamsol. I don’t know a lot about painting but this may not be the type of paint for me.

Never used this type of paint
I had never used this type of paint before... but the colors are nice. If it dries I add a bit of water. It doesn't go to waste at all! I enjoy that very much.
