Rewards Program Needs Work
First I will talk about the product that I bought. Recollections Tea Party Card Stock Paper. I love this paper, I write To Do Lists on it, Notes to be hung and various seminars I have used this paper. It is sturdy, beautiful color and has a good amount of paper in the package. Price has gone up some over the years but still worth it.
As for Michaels the store, they are not quite what they used to be. Most of the Michael's who have employees that aren't exactly customer friendly but not rude either. My biggest issue is the reward system. I noticed I had very little money but had bought a ton of stuff over a month and a half. I contacted Michaels and they responded, asking me certain questions and told me they would follow up. NOPE, they never did and so even though I should have about 7.00 in rewards, I have.63 cents. Hmmmm. Also, once in a while give us the 50 percent coupons again and the one 60 at the Holidays. I am artist and I stock up with these. I do love the buy 2 get 1 free on Canvases though and when Liquitex goes on sale. Over all, I don't shop at Michaels as much now.
