They were also thrown in a large box, with out packing material or even in individual boxes. They tumbled around around during shipping and of course half arrived broken. I got a box of broken glass and a few thin bowls. Really disappointed with the lack of effort in the shipping department. I called customer service for a refund. They refunded me for the broken bowls but would not send me a shipping label for the others I didn't want. I was told to go to a store. The reason I bought these online was so I wouldn't have to go into a store.
