Not the best.
The circles are not all cut fully, some have burrs on them making it impossible to draw a circle correctly. It’s also quite flimsy compared to others I’ve had. Rapids graph is a better choice and worth the money.

Sturdy product, good with watercolours
I purchased this to help me draw moons and suns on simple watercolour paintings. It helped keep the excess pigmented water inside the circle. Made of a sturdy, flexible but thick and rigid plastic. It’s not flimsy.
