Not true to size and 3/4 frames were damaged
I bought two 2-packs of these frames and ignored the poor reviews, but 3 out of the 4 frames, had busted corners, and it looks extremely tacky. I received them FULLY WRAPPED, NEVER opened, and they were STILL messed up. Very disappointed. Would not recommend buying them unless you like gambling... not to mention they’re not TRULY 18x20, I have professional art prints, that I measured myself to make sure of the dimensions, ordered these, and the prints are slightly too long, which makes them waver inside the frame, again making them look cheap and tacky.

Clasps can potentially damage art/photo
Bought 6 and they were pretty much what was said before. Frames can be scratched, edges can be sharp and not aligned. These I was prepared for.
However, the clamps that keep the cardboard backing locked into the frame has rivets on the side against the artwork that can potentially press impressions into the paper, especially since you HAVE TO push down on them to lock the backing into place. (The paper that came with it already had small circles pressed into it.) You may have to add an additional paper or cardstock to prevent these rivets from pressing into the image.

Don't buy
Arrived wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic with cardboard covering the corners. Once the plastic was removed, saw scratches all over the sides of both the frames and the corners were coming apart. Cheaply made. Would not purchase again.

Very poor quality
The frame latches (that hold it the back in) are very poorly designed and do poke through the pictures. I have paper towel lining them between the backing and the picture to provide some cushioning, but will be replacing these asap
