Glass broken on two of my frames when they arrived
It was shocking to open my box and find two of my frames with broken glass. One frame was also separated at one corner. The frames were wrapped in very thin bubble wrap and put in a large box with no extra padding. The frames must have been shaken pretty badly in the box. It’s really amazing that the glass wasn’t broken on all 4 of the frames.

Just so-so
Frame itself is flexible, seeing as it’s only about 1”x.5” dimensionally. There is some “give”, i.e., bowing, when picked up from the top in landscape orientation. The plastic inner frame inserts were sloppily installed. The backing board is really limp. Almost like it’s made of recycled paper. Should be much stiffer for use as a backing of a frame of this size. Because this is a special application-type frame, I used it anyway. If there were alternatives, I would not have purchased this.

Good frame over all the hanging bracket is a bit off center so you have to move it from time to time

Cheap plastic around openings
The black around each opening is actually cheap plastic pieces that do not lie flat. I fear that if you insert a picture slightly larger than the opening, the cheap plastic will cut into it. I returned the frame. I expected matting instead of cheap plastic. On a positive note, Michaels customer service was very good about the return, and I like the convenience of returning online orders to a store.
