These multi purpose jars are great .

great for backpacking
I used these to make organic take and go layered salads and yogurt parfaits for my granddaughter's birthday picnic.Her and her friends went for a day at the museums in D.C. They were lightweight and fit perfectly in their backpacks. They loved them!
No leaks.Suggest that if you are concerned with leaking -put a small square of cling wrap over the jar and then screw on the lid.

Don’t use for food or liquid
Top is not a secure or tight fit. While the description says food safe I would not use for food. It will leak. Definitely do NOT use for liquid.

Wish it had a plastic seal!
Purchased for grandkids to make snow globes. Great that they are plastic, but not being water tight, they leaked. Had to rush out to purchase seal lids. Other than that, liked the product.

We make a variety of aromatherapy products, some of which we sell on line. We were looking for jars that could withstand being mailed and which didn't weigh too much. These jars fit the bill! Add a 2" round label to the lid and tie some ribbon around the neck and you have a pretty product!

Bought these jars to make Fairy lights. Some leaked from the bottom and they all leaked from the lid. Cute jars, but I was very disappointed and so were my students. Not recommended for liquids!

dont use for making calming jars!
They leak despite my all my trying. AND they break instantly from a single drop. I accidentally dropped one on linoleum and a child dropped one on hard wood. both cracked and leaked.

Great for kids’ snow globes, but leaks despite glu
Bought these to make snow globes for kids as holiday gift. Despite using crazy glue and hot glue for outside, they still leaked. Have no idea how to make lesk proof.
