Great photo scrsobook
Practical and great for keeping photos safe. Love the window on the front. Just a nice added touch which helps me identify what photos are inside. I like the simplicity of this design

It was difficult to add pages and after I used my own hardware after, my book became to thick to use the original screws

Perfect for my Memory album
It’s unfortunate that this album did not come with an instruction sheet as to how to open the screws to allow for additional refill pages. I had read reviews here and felt that oh my I had bought the wrong album and as I live an hour and a half away from Michael’s I was particularly disturbed. So I did phone Michael’s and spoke to a sales associate who told me that indeed the album is refillable and how I had to hold down one screw at one side of the album while I twisted and turned the screw on the other side and that it may take a bit of manoeuvring but this screw would release and it did. All of this frustration and the bad reviews above could’ve been avoided with a simple explanatory sheet being included with the purchase of the album. I have it open, I’ve added extenders and I’m able to add all the pages I wish. I am impressed with the padded cover and the overall quality of this album and do recommend it

Useless
When I put my first page in, I realized that the bottom screw/snap was not holding in any of the pages. I tried to snap it shut but it would not work until I removed all the pages. Now it's shut and I can't open it again (because as many other reviewers said, it is not actually refillable as advertised). I was under the impression it was refillable so I forced it open and broke the whole spine.
