Flimsy and cheap
My toddler tapped it and it broke. I bought 6 of these for my house when i first moved in and all 6 gave me issues. Its cheap plastic and should be worth 3 bucks at the dollar store

Flimsy and Unreliable
It routinely fell apart. The borders don't connect to each other and come apart way too easily. The flimsy plastic sheet broke at the corners which inevitable damaged the poster it was sworn to protect.

Failed immediately
The hanger fell off before we even put the poster in. After putting together, the bottom frame fell off. We tried to redo it several times and ended up having to use packing tape around the entire back to keep it on. The cardboard shreds easily and makes it hard to secure the rim with your picture in.

Helpful for cheaper posters
Not too bad - pretty generic for it’s price point. Plastic ends can be a bit finicky trying to get them back on/stay on but overall gets the job done. I’d recommend for some cheap posters but if you have anything of quality, i’d recommend getting a custom frame made from michaels

Good basic frame if getting with coupons/rewards.
This was to go with a poster for a birthday gift for a teen friend of my son. With my Michael’s rewards AND a 40% off coupon I was able to get it for half the price! I did curb side pick up but their system was not working properly so I waited 10 minutes before entering the store to inquire. My order was neatly tucked away in a bigger locker near the front entrance of store. No biggy just next time I’ll come into store rather than curbside pickup jic.

Great customer service
This was a nice frame it just didn’t work for what I wanted to frame. And the backing was glued and it ended up ripping when I tried to take it off to put the picture in. I brought it back and I got a refund right away.
