Gold Float Frame, Alexandria By Studio Décor® is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from The most popular frame in my Etsy shop I write out wedding vows after couples have walked down the aisle. This is the frame I chose to frame the vows in. I love it. Sure, it's tricky to get out, and you need to tape your photos inside, but that's kind of how floating frames work. I think this product is awesome and I think it's worth keeping around because so many of my clients love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful But Disappointing This frame is beautiful but once you open the metal tabs the glass is supposed to slide out so you can put your picture in there and it doesn't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but disappointed Beautiful and perfect for original artwork or work with unusual dimensions. BUT, the most difficult frame to work with. It was very hard to bend “clasp” for initial glass removal, then, so difficult to remove and return glass to frame and finally, needed to use the “dots” which were on the back of fake photo to keep original artwork in place while trying to struggle to replace glass back into the frame. My daughter ultimately loved the picture and frame which was perfect for her daughter’s room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but not functional Frame is gorgeous!! Only con is that it is extremely difficult to open and close. I may not even change the picture in the frame because I’m afraid to break it. Not functional at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reviews helped immensely! Hopefully anyone having difficulties reads this site before tossing the frame. Yes, the opening is ridiculous. Yes, the photos slide down. Yes, the rubber along the top and bottom make it tough to slide out the glass. BUT ... I read the reviews on this site and took appropriate steps to combat all these things. And the frame looks FABULOUS. I bought a doorknob hanger, tossed a couple of photos inside (after discreetly taping them from the back), and hung it on my daughter's wall. SO. FREAKING. CUTE!!! :D

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the hassle... The way to open this frame is not intuitive at all. There are two little clasps on the right side that you have to bend to open; they are not hinged, the metal literally bends. This is not an easy task if you don't want to snap them off. And then sliding the glass out of the frame is equally challenging. I ended up with broken fingernails and sliced my finger and wrist on the glass. At this point I'm determined to make this work. So I very carefully align my pictures on the glass and then sandwich them between the other piece of glass and slide the glass back into the frame. When I pick it up by the chain, the pictures fall because the glass isn't tight enough!! I'm so frustrated, I do not recommend this frame to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just okay. Nice looking there is flimsy cheap metal tabs on the side you have to bend open to put a picture in. These will break off pretty easily. The glass work was cheap also. Corners were broken but you didn’t know til you opened them...
