Use a foam Spouncer™ to apply two coats of white paint to the sign’s front. Let dry. |

Cut small squares of the plaid blue paper that fit behind the stars. Use adhesive tape to hold the paper to the sign. |

Cut larger squares of the red stripe paper that fit behind the letters. Use adhesive tape to hold the paper to the sign. |
