Use craft knife and cutting mat to cut out pattern from freezer paper to make stencil.
Step 3
Iron freezer paper stencil onto front of tote where desired.
Step 4
Use paper towels and/or more freezer paper to mask off unprotected areas around tote to prevent overspray.
Step 5
Spray a light, even coat of ColorShot into openings of stencil. Let dry for a few minutes and then apply another light coat of color. Continue until desired effect is achieved. Let dry.
