The perfect taper candles.
They are beautiful, elegant and burn bright. They are clean burning with low to no drip. I bought them for my holiday table but could see myself using them as a staple candle year round in my taper holders.

Ashland Gold Unscented Tapers
I was looking for something elegant to put in the sanctuary windows of my church. Did not want traditional red/green. Instead used gold/lime green/bronze-brown with evergreen, crystal candle holders, gold tapers and gold open mesh for bows. Elegant beyond measure and window dressings that will not soon be forgotten. Thanks, Michaels! (P. S. Did not bother anyone's allergies with scents.)

Pretty but messy
The gold is the outside only, but that's fine. The issue is it drips EVERYWHERE. No idea what happened with the other reviews. These made a huge mess on my mantle.
Some of the Michael's candles don't drip like crazy, just these do.
