Almost Perfect
I ordered this frame online and and picked it up in store to save some time. My poster fit in it PERFECTLY, then I realized it was broken in two places. This is the second and last time I trust the employees and just pick out a frame up myself.

11 x 17 frame doesn't fit 11 x 17 print
Bought the 11 x 17 frame for an 11 x 15 print, only to find that 11 x 17 is the outer dimension of the frame?? Why on earth would they do that? Who buys a frame based on its outer dimensions?

Nice inexpensive 9x12" frame
This hard to find 9x12" frame is perfect for paintings done on paper artist pads. It allows a view of all but 1/4" around the edges. The smooth plastic is very good quality. I would give 5 stars if it came in white. I had to settle for black. My only other disappointment was that none of the Michael's coupons could be applied to this purchase. Although $7 was a fair price, I would've bought several of these frames if they were 50% off and white instead of black.

What a Steal !!
These little frames, well made I might add, are a steal for $4....I had wedding pictures of a niece's wedding that I wanted to share with a few people...so a 39 cent print in a $4 frame and people were thrilled ! I'm planning to lay in a supply of these frames for future use...

The closures on this are fantastic
The back of this has metal pieces you tuck under the frame to close it up rather then those flimsy metal pieces that often break that youfind on the back of most frames

Broke as soon as I got in the car
This frame broke as soon as I set it in the car. The cashier didn’t wrap/bag it which I thought was weird but I didn’t say anything. Now I wish I did!

You get what you pay for
Pros:
1. The glass was in good condition
2. The picture that I hung were held in the frame well
Cons:
1. You can tell the materials are cheap even from a distance - hence, you get what you pay for
2. On each of the frames at least one of the corners was cracked and it's impossible to glue it back together
3. The hanging fixtures were not sturdy and I had to add my own in order to properly hang the images on the wall
Overall, good if you need a quick frame in a room that you don't necessarily care about, but I wouldn't purchase this item again
