Not made particularly well
The levers between the handles aren't aligned correctly, so they don't do anything. The jaws themselves are crooked so the curve isn't centered on the handle.

didn't last and I can't contact anyone to fix
I use this tool occasionally, and I love it. but it broke, for a tool that suppose to bend metal, I found it very weak and didn't last very long. I would love to have it fixed but I can't get ahold of anyone at Michaels or Bead landing. I ended up going into the store and buying a impress Arts one to replace it.
