The product was just as described.
The frame was just as described and buit well. They could have been better protected with heavier packaging. They fit pictures perfectly and give a professional appearance with the matting. Very pleased.

Disappointed in Quality
The frames were not as sturdy as I had wanted. Also, not a fault of the product, but one of the three came damaged, with nicks on the top. Packers should check the items before putting them in the box!

gave them right, but I'm totally wrong
Gave the matte measurements because I have star wars 1 of a kind needing matte. GAve exact measure and still was wrong. Took back and that said because I did not come in with item to be framed it was on me. Never using again for anything!! My husbands Star Wars is more important!!

The frames were very poor quality
I was very disappointed in the quality of the frames to the point where I threw them away and bought new ones. I lost the receipt and did not want to bother trying to take them back. I will never buy frames at Michael's again
