Perfect frames, needs better packaging
The frame itself is absolutely beautiful, everything we wanted. But the packaging is horrible. We ordered 12 frames altogether, only 4 of them came in good condition.

It took me a while to figure out how to remove the glass from the frame because this was a new and unusual method. I had to push on one part and pull on another at the same time. I was afraid I was going to break something.
