Excellent Quality Frame, Black Makes Colors Pop
I bought the 16 x 20 frame with a 11 x 14 opening for a white print with black ink and primary color accents and the black double matte really makes the color pop. I originally bought the same frame in bronze with a white double matte and it just didn't have the same effect. It was very easy to frame and hang my picture at home and I'm extremely pleased with the purchase.

Classic, Sharp Looking Frame/Mat
I was having trouble finding a 16x20 overall size black frame with also a black mat that was affordably priced, until I found this one. I love the look of it, it's elegant and I'm very pleased with it overall. However, I am not a fan of the back where you have to slide the little notches under the frame to secure the back to the frame and I also do not like the attached hardware to hang the picture (it doesn't seem very secure at all and I also wish they had put a center mount, so I ended up using my own picture hanging hardware). Other than those minor issues, it's very nice looking and a good value.

Black Gallery wall Frames with matts
These are the best frames and getting better. I have bought at least 50 different sizes over the past 5 years. I use for portraits animal and people that I have done in oil pastels or drawings and they work great.
The corners are made tight and the ease of hanging is wonderful.

Damaged Goods
When we unwrapped the corner coverings of the frame, we found that several of the corners were damaged so we had to return the frame for a new one. This time we looked under the corner wrappings before we took it home. It was a inconvenience.

Quality Frame, with one exception
Nice, solid frame. Has hanging triangles for both vertical and horizontal positioning. The one thing that would be nice to know ahead of time is that the "Double Mat" is not a complete double mat. The inside or lower mat is not full frame-width; it's much smaller, so this might make it challenging to mount the item you're framing.
