ehhh but itll work i think!
well the product itself sounds very useful, i havent used it but ive set it up already and one side is leaning forward and the other one isnt, its not proportional. it needs a lid, so oil painting artists can use these items as well, for my turpentine i need somewhere to store it and i was expecting this to be the somewhere. the concept itself is very helpful, hopefully itll work out

Spring holder is not stable
The concept of this design is good, but the implementation is lacking. The spring that holds the brushes works if you have a small enough brush. I paint oils and after cleaning a brush I attempted to place it in the holder to drip dry. I didn't get it in the holder properly and it pinched out the brush which landed across the room on my coffee table. The solvent immediately ate right into the finish.

Horrible design
I am baffled by the design of this product. As others have mentioned, the grooves on the side where the rack is supposed to slot into the tray are angled in such a way that both sides cannot fit in properly at the same time so you are left either with a lopsided rack or, if you don't force the two sides in and just leave the tips of the rack in the grooves, an unstable upper portion that falls off at the slightest touch. I don't know what size brushes the coil is intended to hold. Others have said they have problems getting larger brushes into the gaps but my problem is my brushes are too narrow and keep falling out. The coil is also too high from the cleaning tray so the tips of the brushes can't be submerged while the brushes are held vertically and there is no cover for the tray so you can't keep any solution in it when not in use. Complete waste of money in my opinion.

Does what it should
This brush washer is perfect for my needs. It holds my smaller brushes perfectly. The fit and finish of the washer is nicer than I expected for the price point.

Not impressed with product
When putting it together I found that one side would slide in all the way but you had to really fiddle with the other side because it didn't want to go to the bottom. Had to really push it down. Still lopsided.

I regret buying this and will be taking it back
I am sorry I bought this. It was a waste of my money. It will hold a few of my thinner, smaller brushes but it won't hold anything else.

Needs a lid
Good idea but works for only your smallest brushes. The cleaning solution holder needs a lid for in between uses.
